Speaker = Mic

For bassdrums this is nothing new. So i had the idea to take this to the world of singing as well as guitar and bass amps. I converted this speaker into a mic.

It lacks bass below 150hz that and has its peak at the core mids at 500 hz and then has a steady falloff.

I made IRs with that mic which are perfect to mix the mids to your existing sound. As you see in the frequency curve, it will sound way different then just increasing the mids with a eq.
